Studying on this fully funded course will help you make the step up from Level 1, build upon your existing IT and Internet skills, and gain a practical qualification that’s attractive to employers.

The course includes units of the following topics: improving productivity using IT, email, spreadsheet software, word processing software, presentation software and database software.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.

Each unit you study has a credit value – you need 16 credits to achieve your Certificate.
