This Business-Improvement Techniques course is designed with the primary aim to improve business performance as a whole. The objectives of this course are to illustrate that management, team leaders and all other employees have an important part to play in improving the performance of the business.
Business-Improvement Techniques leads to a Level 2 NVQ in Business-Improvement Techniques. With vision2learn, you can conveniently study this NVQ online – via your home or work PC – for FREE. To study this course, you must be aged 19+ and currently employed (or self–employed). You can also study this course if you are working as a volunteer.
It’s vital that your employer knows that you want to achieve the NVQ so that they can support you and consent to an Assessor visiting you at work approximately three times during the course of your studies.
This NVQ qualification consists of 19 Units in total. This vision2learn course is made up of 7 of these Units.
To achieve your NVQ, you will need to complete five mandatory Units:
